On Nov., 13th, 2010 Summit Meeting on Inheritance and Innovation of Corporate Spirit in 60 Years of New China as well as on Sino-foreign Corporate Culture was held in Beijing, which was organized by China Research Institute of Enterprise Culture. During the meeting, Top 10 Enterprises with Most Influential Corporate Spirit in 60 Years of New China and Top 10 Entrepreneurs Cultivated by Corporate Spirit in 60 Years of New China was elected and awarded. By right of its outstanding achievements in enterprise culture construction, Fosun Pharma was awarded as Top National Enterprises with Excellent Corporate Culture in 2010.

Former Vice Chairman of NPC Standing Committee, Luli He, Siwei Cheng, Jialu Xu, and Zhenghua Jiang attended the meeting. During the meeting, Fosun Pharma shared their opinions on corporate culture with over 500 principals from state-owned large and medium enterprises as well as well-known private enterprises.

Since it was founded, Fosun Pharma has already been adhering its corporate spirit that is “To better oneself; to maintain family harmony; to commence one’s career; to foster the prosperity of the world”, attaching importance to cultural diversity and respecting the culture of unity and cooperation. Under the impetus of “Corporate Culture Committee” which is organized by staff from different departments of Fosun Group, Fosun Pharma achieves to combine its management philosophy with corporate culture to strengthen its staff’s cohesion and put its corporate culture into effect, by publishing pamphlets about corporate culture, establishing lecturer teams and organizing diversiform activities on corporate culture.
