The 1st Shanghai Philanthropy Partnership Day was inaugurated in Shanghai Exhibition Center on November 25. Fosun Pharma, together with about 10 enterprises attended the 3-day event. Over the platform that gathered 120 NGOs and government departments, Fosun Pharma presented its social responsibility vision and strengthened the communication with NGOs and governments to seek for more efficient cross-sector cooperation on social charity.

Sponsored by Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, focusing on the theme of “cross-sector cooperation among partners from the governments, enterprises and social organizations”, the event was aimed to build a new mechanism of cross-field cooperation among governments, social organizations and enterprises. At the meeting, Fosun Pharma had extensive contact with non-profit organizations that came from different fields and desired to cooperate with enterprises. Through this innovative "Partnership Day", Fosun Pharma can leverage the resources of philanthropic organizations from different areas, break the boundary of public welfare and achieve the common goal of social service in a more scientific and effective way.

Fosun Pharma built “future star” public welfare plan and systematically established social welfare projects in terms of community service, supporting education and scientific R&D, in efforts to make sustained investments on innovative R&D of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, health service and education by making use of resource advantages in medical health products, technology and service for sustainable development of both enterprise and society.
